How does the service work?

When you call us, we'll either arrange to come to you (which includes evenings and weekends at no extra cost), or you can drop your computer to our offices in Exeter. Our charges are simple and come in half-hour blocks (plus a small travel charge if we're coming to you). The costs are simple and we'll advise you up-front of the cost.

Depending on the issue we'll either look to fix it at the same time, or look to complete our work as soon as possible, if we've come to you, we may need to take your computer away to repair it depending on the issue you have.

It doesn't matter what make of computer you have, or if you built it yourself, we'll still look at it.
