Our System Installation Services

Whether you require a single home computer to be installed and demonstrated, or require a company-wide rollout, Blue Ribbon Computers can help you. We offer excellent rates and can handle any size of installation project - for specialist projects, we also work with our partners, in a transparent and flexible manner, giving you a hassle free installation..

Our typical installation will include:

  • Unpacking of the Computer System(s) and related components
  • Connection, testing to ensure the system is functioning
  • Initial Configuration of supplied and/or extra software
  • Demonstration of the working system(s) and "Getting Stated" help.
  • Initial Advice on maintenance and care of the system(s)
  • Option to take further Tutorials or Training

System Maintenance, Support & Repair Services

We offer a full system support service. Whether you require advice on an upgrade for your system, need a new part to replace something faulty, or simply need some information on what to do with your system, Blue Ribbon Computers has something to offer you.

If you require replacement parts, then Blue Ribbon Computers can help - we only use branded, quality components, as experience has taught us that unbranded, generic equipment is more likely to fail, and can cause significant (and costly) problems with after-sales care.

Minor repairs to complete system replacements can be undertaken on-site, and for more serious problems, Blue Ribbon can collect and return your system - we typically return computers within 2 working days (subject to availability of parts and nature of the fault) - many of our competitors can take 2-3 weeks to repair and return.

We can even offer you a loan system (for a small supplemental charge). This is a particular benefit to home users where the system may be getting used for your child's examinations/coursework, and for businesses where you rely upon your IT systems.
